• Club / Director Enquiries: Name, club/organisation name, email address, phone number, and competition dates provided via our contact and demo booking forms.
• Competition Data: Athlete names, gymnast level/division, club affiliation, and scored routine records uploaded by authorised competition directors.
• System Diagnostics: Device type and browser headers to ensure offline caching compatibility and responsive judge interface rendering.

3. Youth Athlete Protection

We recognise the sensitivity of youth sports data. Live Gym Scorer does not collect personal contact information, home addresses, or financial data for minor gymnasts. Competition rosters and scores are processed strictly in accordance with sanctioning body guidelines and competition director authorisations.

4. Data Storage and Security

All transmitted scoring data is encrypted in transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols. We enforce strict role-based access control, ensuring judges, marshals, and competition directors only access permissions granted for their assigned session.
